In Her Hands

“In Her Hands” is an exploration of creation, transformation, and agency through the works of Han Sai Por, Kumari Nahappan, and Kanoko Takaya—three female artists who shape the world through their mastery of material and form. Their hands carve, mold, and paint, channeling history, nature, and emotion into tangible expressions of identity and power.

Kumari Nahappan’s bold gestures blur the boundaries between material and meaning. Whether in the fluidity of her paintings or the monumentality of her sculptural installations, her hands reimagine cultural narratives, infusing them with new vitality.

“In Her Hands” is more than an exhibition—it is a testament to the power of persistence, resilience, and creative agency.

By sharing the three artists perseverance and passion, the exhibition hopes to inspire a new generation of women to take control of their own narratives, to create, to push forward, and to leave an indelible mark on the world—one determined gesture at a time.
